We are pleased to announce that thanks to a new partnership with a private Lender we are now able to offer Unsecured Loans to Doctors in amounts up to £25,000 for periods of between 1 and 3 years. The rates on the loans vary but are typically between 7-9% and are, of course, subject to credit approval and affordability. For partnerships working together too larger amounts are available with a rule of thumb of £25,000 per partner available but this too is subject to terms. Of course for larger amounts we can also look at a Mortgage or Secured Loan option or even a Commercial mortgage if appropriate.
